Short answers for the desk. Your customer paper stays in your company name.
You type the hourly rate, the day rate, the materials markup and the testing allowance. A starting suggestion is on the empty desk. It is not your price until you save it.
Catalogue lines use starter selling prices plus your markup, up to 100%. They are not live merchant prices. Plus is listed and is not taking a card.
VAT follows what you type in Settings. Turn VAT on only if you are registered, and type the rate you charge. The desk does not decide whether you should be registered.
A customer copy prints that treatment and stays frozen. Changing Settings later does not change a copy you have already issued.
RewireSim is not NICEIC, not NAPIT, not a competent person scheme, and not a substitute for BS 7671:2018+A4:2026 competence.
RewireSim does not issue an electrical installation certificate, an EICR, or a building-regulations notice. Those stay with you. A note on the job is remaining work, not a claim that the installation complies.
A customer link is a frozen copy of the quotation, with your company name and logo. It leaves out private site notes, the visit plan and this product's name.
Opening the link does not mean they received it by email, and it does not mean they accepted it. If they type their name, that records the name, the time, the amount and the quote version on that copy. A changed quote is a new copy and needs a fresh accept. Nothing is emailed and no payment is taken.
Jobs you have opened stay on this phone. You can keep typing a quote without a signal. The copy comes back when you reload on this device.
A signed-in account can restore that work on another phone once you are online again. The customer link itself needs the network.
The owner or office can share the company code from the team card. Someone who joins with that code reads this company's rate card. They do not see another company's jobs.
One sign-in belongs to one company. Signing in does not merge two firms.
Jobs stay on this device, and in your RewireSim account when you are signed in. Each account sees its own rows. Bond Labs Limited does not sell the job book.
